Initial Assessment
All projects or potential projects begin by Jolene asking you questions about your current selling situation. For example, how long has the house been on the market, is there a timeline to consider, your budget, etc. Then Jolene will discuss with you which service or services will best suit your needs.

Basic Home Staging Consultation
This service is for those clients who just need an objective overview of their home from curb to attic. Jolene will provide the client with a list of items that should be addressed in order to help the client get the best price possible for their home. The following are services that fall within the Basic Home Staging Consultation:
- Home Evaluation
- Writen report of items that need to be addressed
Fee: $35 per hour (one hour minimum) discount available to Realtors
Comprehensive Home Staging Consultation
This service is for those clients may want or need more detailed direction on what to do to properly stage their home. Jolene developed this service in order to allow the client to decide on how much or how little help they need. At the completion of this service, the clients will have the information to move forward with the project themselves or have the option of having Jolene continue to help in selected areas. The following are services that fall within the Comprehensive Home Staging Consultation:
- Home Evaluation
- Measurement of all rooms & key furnishings (does not include attics or unfinished basements)
- Comprehensive written report of items that need to be addressed,
- including recommendations on what to do with these items (ie: paint color recommendations, furniture rearrangement, fabric selections, etc) and scaled furniture plans for rooms that would benefit from the rearrangement of furnishings or the use of rental furniture for empty homes
- Budget review
- Help client decide where best to put their funds
- Develop an action plan for the project
- Review of report and plans
Fee: $250
Standard Home Staging Consultation
This service is for those clients who would like a little more than the basic consultation but may not have the budget for a comprehensive consultation. This service includes the curb to attic basic home staging consultation combined with a comprehensive consultation for three rooms (typically the three that would most benefit from consultation)
Fee: $145 (includes up to 10 rooms, $10 fee for each additional room)
Full Service Home Staging
Do you want or need help completing the actual staging of your home? Do you need someone that is professional, accountable, reachable, timely, organized, talented, personable, affordable, knowledgeable and able to oversee the home staging process for you? If so, then Inspired By Design LLC can help. Jolene can stage one room or the whole house depending on your needs. The following are services that may be included under this heading:
- Initial assessment
- Comprehensive Home Staging Consultation
- Budget review
- Help client decide where best to put the funds
- Develop an action plan for the project
- Home staging activities
- Cleaning, de-cluttering, depersonalizing, repairing, rearranging and updating the house and its contents
- Client participation and/or additional vendors may be needed for some activities
- Packing Services
- Product Selection Services
- Coordination of various vendors involved - if needed
- Scheduling
- Follow-up – on-site and off
- Availability to be onsite for key installations or deliveries (ie:, furniture, painting, etc)
- Additional services available as needed
Fee: Flat rate (based on combination of square footage and exact services requested)
